Villa Pulau Cinta's western trained chef has devised a menu that embraces a substantial range of international and local dishes from fresh crunchy salads to huge family style dinners that will tantalise your taste buds.

The chef is always seeking out fresh and – wherever possible – organic fruit, vegetable and of produce from the sea.  A barbecue by the pool is not to be missed, with home made sausages and freshly caught fish.  Chef has developed an impressive list of traditional favourites and delicious snacks.  Watermelon granita anyone?

A table that seats 12 inside will be a favourite place to hang out, a smaller breakfast table outside on the deck for 6, or ask our concierge for a romantic table to two on the beach.


It’s best to plan meals the evening before so staff can get to the early market to secure the best produce.
